Athletes and active adults often experience injuries that can sideline their performance. Our sports rehab programs focus on recovery from acute injuries and overuse conditions, with a strong emphasis on returning to sport safely and preventing future injuries.

Whether you’re recovering from joint surgery or dealing with chronic arthritis, our therapists will help restore strength, flexibility, and functional movement through targeted interventions. Common conditions treated: joint replacements, rotator cuff injuries, tendonitis, bursitis, and arthritis-related limitations.

Our team uses hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercises, and movement re-education to reduce pain and address its root causes. Common conditions treated: sciatica, back and neck pain, joint stiffness, and myofascial restrictions.
  • Postural & Ergonomic Therapy
    Poor posture and repetitive stress from work or daily activities can cause discomfort and long-term dysfunction. We assess posture, work habits, and movement patterns to design corrective exercises and ergonomic recommendations that promote long-term comfort and injury prevention. Common issues addressed: forward head posture, carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive motion injuries, and desk-related back/neck pain.
  • Neurological Rehabilitation
    We help patients regain movement and independence after neurological events or diagnoses. Therapy focuses on improving coordination, balance, mobility, and overall function, with an individualized plan that supports long-term progress Common conditions treated: stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
  • Balance & Fall Prevention
    Falls are a major concern, especially in older adults. We assess your risk of falling and design a program that strengthens key muscle groups, improves coordination, and trains your body to react more efficiently to balance challenges. Common services offered: gait training, vestibular therapy, balance retraining, and assistive device education.
  • Functional Mobility & Independence Training
    We work with patients who want to maintain or regain independence in daily activities. Therapy may include mobility training, energy conservation techniques, and strengthening to safely navigate home and community environments. older adults, individuals recovering from illness or hospitalization, and those with progressive conditions seeking to stay active longer.
