Peter Boustani, M.S., OTR/L

Peter graduated from Long Island University–Brooklyn with a Master’s degree in
Occupational Therapy. Peter is a registered member of the National Board for Certification in
Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey.
 

Peter’s clinical experience working with clients across the lifespan, including outpatient
orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and mental health settings. He has treated individuals with a
wide range of diagnoses, including stroke, fractures, boutonniere deformity, adhesive capsulitis,
carpal tunnel syndrome, vestibular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and
developmental delays. During his Level II fieldwork, he also gained experience providing
interventions in pediatric clinics, schools, and correctional facilities, working with children and
adults with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges. Peter emphasizes a client- and
family-centered approach, using collaboration and problem-solving to help individuals reach
their highest potential for independence and well-being.
